SPECIAL iEMFC NOVEMBER 2023 SEMINAR MOMENTS

We are happy to look back on a great November seminar and are very grateful and satisfied. It was a good start for our new students and a very busy program in terms of courses. There were many interactive case discussions, a good expert speaker session, interesting guest lecturers, and emotional moments during the nice dinners due to the keynote speeches.

During this seminar, the students of cohort November 2021 and March 2022 (on the picture) concluded the teaching period, all their seminars, and there was the accompanying ‘goodbye’. As a kind and small present and lest they forget us, they were all given the iEMFC Key to Success. Hopefully it will help them take steps in their careers, although… first await some final (outstanding) assignments and a thesis! No doubt we will keep in touch and see them in 2024 for their thesis defense and the Graduation Ceremony.

We will miss you and would like to thank you all for a great time! And… it’s not goodbye, thankfully. We would like to say: See you soon!

The most interactive iEMFC course is Mergers & Acquisitions, which was also part of this seminar. The M&A case was one of their last assessments on their iEMFC learning journey, and they all did an amazing job! For the winners, Dennis van Ginneken, Tianhao Hu, Floor de Jongh and Harvey Mac Arthur, it is a wonderful achievement after a tight battle containing a lot of interesting learning moments.

Our sincere congratulations to you all! We are proud of these winners and therefore their names will be on the iEMFC M&A 2023 Award plaque and, most importantly, the prize of the gold bar and gold coins can be used for their next M&A case. 😄 This was only a case study of a fictitious disposal in the heavy contracting business. 😄
